Effective Sampling
Accurate transmitter calibration depends upon effective sampling. These specialized sample valves are designed to meet this goal and offer features which ensure reliability and operator safety throughout the sample taking process. The sampler head penetrates the water layer inside the pipe avoiding de-watering of the sample. No dewatering means a more representative sample. The KS/2 is designed for low consistency screened pulps ranging from 0-6% Cs with no shives or trash. It’s available in Manual or Pneumatic version and in 1¼” Sandvik Saddle mount or in 1½” NPT thread mount. KS/2 Special Feature:
The KS/4 is designed for low consistency unscreened pulps ranging from 0-8% Cs with shives and trash (no knots). It’s available in Pneumatic version and in 1¼” Sandvik Saddle mount or in 1½” NPT thread mount. The KS/6 is designed for medium consistency screened and unscreened pulps ranging from 0-14% Cs. with shives, knots and trash. It’s available in Pneumatic version and in 2” Sandvik Saddle mount only. KS/4 & KS/6 Special Feature:
